We perform a comprehensive eye examination to ensure the health of your eyes, as well as your vision. A comprehensive exam includes dilation to examine the optic nerve and retina, and eye pressure which can affect your vision without showing symptoms. It can detect the early signs of dangerous conditions such as tumors, cancer, macular degeneration and more. Yearly eye exams are about more than just the need for corrective lenses, they are an investment in healthy eyes for your lifetime.

Diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy often lead to blindness if not detected in early stages. The OCT (Ocular Coherence Tomography) instrument captures detailed 3-D images from the back of the eye, which assist in early disease detection. Similar to an ultrasound, the OCT images the optic nerve and the retina. Early detection enables early treatment intervention.
